“Joy Is My Weapon: Pushing Through the Fire With Praise”
We are not in control—we just decide which way to go.
That’s the truth many try to ignore, but it's where real freedom begins. The Most High, Yahuah, is the One who orders our steps. We might think we’re steering the ship, but it's His hand that calms the storm.
Isaiah 43:2 reminds us:
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."
That’s not just poetic—it’s a promise. Through deep waters, fiery trials, and suffocating moments, He is with us. Every step. Every breath. Every tear.
And still—joy is our secret weapon.
If the enemy can’t touch your joy, he can’t touch your strength. That’s why Nehemiah 8:10 hits so hard:
"The joy of Yah is your strength."
See, Satan can’t manufacture unspeakable joy. He can offer distractions, cheap highs, or momentary relief—but joy? That comes from Yah alone. Real joy strengthens your spirit when your mind is tired. It lifts your head when the world tries to break your back. It is the oil that keeps your fire burning.
Deuteronomy 28:47-48 warns us:
"Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and a glad heart, for the abundance of everything, therefore you shall serve your enemies..."
Joy isn't optional—it’s vital. It’s the foundation of how we serve, how we stand, and how we stay free. Without it, we become enslaved to everything Yahusha died to deliver us from.
But when joy is rooted in the Most High, there’s no enemy that can hold you.
Yahuah is my Shepherd—I have more than I need.
Through the good, the bad, and the ugly—we push. We press. We move. We cry out “thank you” in the storm and “halleluYah” when it clears. Because gratitude unlocks glory.
I’ve walked through my own fire—storms filled with depression, days so dark I couldn’t see my next step.
But my soul... my soul cried out:
"Thank You, thank You, thank You, Most High!"
And through that cry—He delivered me.
Now I stand free. I am free. Depression no longer owns me. Fear no longer paralyzes me.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 says it plain:
"In everything give thanks."
Not for everything—but in everything. Joy isn’t about circumstances. It’s about connection.
And I am connected to the Source of life.
So wherever you are today—keep going.
Be relentless. Keep pushing.
Don’t give up your joy.
Because when you’ve got joy…
You’ve already won.
